Are you facing a life or career change or obstacle and need help getting through it? Is there something you’ve always wanted to do in your lifetime but never seem to “get there”?
For some people it may be overcoming a fear or anxiety—public speaking for example. For others it may be gathering the courage to act on a lifelong dream or ambition. Or maybe you’re seeing things differently as a result of job loss or mid-life crisis.
If you are going through one of these or other life transitions and would like to resolve it in a quick, empathic and intensive way, I can help.
, and I do Brief Coaching. It’s not therapy, but a brief, focused series of sessions in which I help you transition from where you are now, to where you want to be.
In these sessions, usually 10-15 total, you will establish a goal, identify the actions to achieve it, and start on your way to fulfillment.
What you may not realize is that you already have all the resources you need. I simply facilitate, through a variety of tools and techniques including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), in which I’m a certified practitioner/coach, and help you to resolve issues that may be preventing you from living life to the fullest.
If there is something in life that you’ve always wanted to do, there is no better time to start than now. For any questions or to set up an appointment, please call me at 212.289.1790 or e-mail me at mybriefcoaching@earthlink.net.
